ATÍPICOS LETTER OF COMMITMENT

As a member of the ATÍPICOS community, I commit to respecting and complying with the following principles and values that govern our platform:
1. RESPECT AND DIGNITY
I commit to treating all people with respect, dignity, and consideration, recognizing neurological diversity as a natural and valuable characteristic of humanity. I will avoid any form of discrimination, stigmatization, or offensive language toward neurodivergent people and their families.
2. INCLUSIVE COMMUNICATION
I will use inclusive, respectful, and understandable language. I will avoid unnecessary medical jargon and strive to communicate clearly and accessibly. I will respect different forms of communication and the specific needs of each person.
3. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY
I will respect the privacy and confidentiality of all personal information shared on the platform. I will not share private information of other users without their explicit consent, and I will carefully handle any sensitive data related to neurodivergence.
4. TRUTHFULNESS AND TRANSPARENCY
I will provide truthful and accurate information about my services, experience, and qualifications. I will not make false or exaggerated claims about my professional capabilities. If I am a service provider, I will keep my data and certifications updated.
5. SUPPORT AND COLLABORATION
I commit to contributing positively to the community by offering support, sharing useful resources, and collaborating in creating a safe and inclusive environment for all neurodivergent people and their families.
6. PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY
If I act as a service provider, I will maintain the highest professional standards, respect the ethical boundaries of my profession, and seek continuous training to improve the quality of my services to neurodivergent people.
7. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
I will respect all applicable laws, the platform's terms of use, and established privacy policies. I commit to reporting any inappropriate behavior or violation of these standards that I observe on the platform.
8. COMMITMENT TO CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
I commit to participating constructively in the development and improvement of the ATÍPICOS community by providing feedback, suggesting improvements, and adapting to platform evolutions to better serve neurodivergent people.
By accepting this letter of commitment, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to comply with all these principles. I understand that failure to comply with these commitments may result in the suspension or deletion of my account on the ATÍPICOS platform.
